Support for Imperial units

We have just updated the Death Form. Now it allows you to enter both: Metric and Imperial weight and height values. It converts one to the other on the fly.

Sorry to all you guys that use Imperial units (English units), we totally forgot about them forcing you to struggle with those feet-inches to centimeters, pounds to kilos calculations.
